If you browse Fuzzy Sun now and then I think you know I am a pretty big fan of the Skin Graft Record Label. The label releases new as well as long out of print stuff, remastered weirdo music, legendary noise and punk and Japanese weirdo stuff, Comics, … .It just does not stop and it eats all you money and it even feels good. And now it is time for releases on CD from the legendary Canadian noiserock band Aids Wolf.
The band originally released their ‘Very Friendly’ remix album on a 12″ and now Skin Graft is going to rerelease it on CD (and you can still buy it on vinyl) . Aids Wolf made a cover of the track ‘Very Friendly’ by Throbbing Gristle and released it on their ‘March To The Sea’ album and shortly after they released the remix album with remixes from Weasel Walter (The Flying Luttenbachers), John Olson (Wolf Eyes), Nautical Almanac, Jason Forrest and Emerald.
‘Ma Vie Banale Avant-Garde’ was recorded at Dub Narcotic Studios in Olympia in 2011 as a double LP and is the last album by Aids Wolf. And again we get a CD release from this double LP on Skin Graft Records.
