This is the perfect time to tell you yet again how amazing the new album by Reptoid is, I gave it a 10/10 score and now the man himself released a new video for the track ‘You Have Already been Compromised’. And it is excellent too so how he does make all this racket on his own and with such explosive energy. read my review here. Mummise Gunes is made of members of Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs, Terminal Cheesecake, Luminous Bodies, Casual Nun, GHOLD, Black Shape, and Michael and all of these bands have been featured on this little website and most of them are on one or another end of the year list.
I really expected a lot from this band, you know, it is filled with members of all these other great bands so the bar was high. And they filled those expectations! Their self titled album is a magnificent piece of work. All these different (heavy) styles come together and I though it would create something ‘normal’ but what we get is a wild ride full of unexpected turns. The album starts with ‘Flattenend Earth’ wich is wild rocknroll but then ‘Glitter Balls’ is this gloomy noisy doom track. The fun with this album is that it has a bit of everything in it, wich makes it a varied and fun listen. Like ‘Forever Triggered Forever’ is this riff feuled bone crushing track and ‘Bipolar Brain Transmitter’ is this chaotic noise/spacerock track. On ‘Dog Cocked’ I get some White Zombie vibes and ‘End of Days’ is the perfect fast paces noisrock track to finish this awesome piece of work.
Mummise Guns doses you with controlled choas, wild unfermented noiserock, evil spacerock and Swamp Sludge. This album is clearly for the cool people, the question is: are you cool enough?

The band has already released the first track ‘Flattened Earth’ and I was really happy that I could premiere the video for that track. The track is made of awesome riffs, a heavy rocknroll track that feels like a kick in the ribs.
Now the new track is called ‘Glitter Balls’ and it makes me truly happy that it is a completely different track, it immediatly shows that the band can do magic stuff with loud music. The new track is trippy, feels like angry aliens that are cruisin with their spaceship through the cosmos.
They will release the full album July 17th on Riot Season Records.

Today is a good day, today there is a lot of awesome music released and I shared it and though, fuck this is nice. By now I listened a ridiculous amount of times to this track and I know this will be one of the most rocknroll albums of the year. Mummise Guns has riffs, punk, unfermented energy and psych in it. It has got it all! There is some wild chaos in there music, something that sounds untamed and feral.
This is the first track of the album that is released and I am extremely excited to hear more from this band. They will release the full album July 17th on Riot Season Records.

A band like this need a long title and the UK riffmonsters Pig Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs sure deserves a long title. They are back with a new album on Rocket Recordings, their previous album “King of Coward” is not completely digested and here they are already with a new one. This one is called “Viscerals” and may be more brutal and filled with even better riffs then the one before.
I remember I had the same feeling when the first album of Red Fang came out, it unleashed something in me, some energy I did not know was there. Pig Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs are masters in intensity, songbuilding and heaviness, this music is perfect for psych, stoner and doom fans. It is also very good for fans of angry yelling. I let my girlfriend listen (who hates loud music) and she actually said “I’ve heard worse stuff, the name is ridiculous and there is too much guitar, drums, bass and yelling.” So wow, this is really good, normally she tries to destroy the speakers or me. Check this album out now, soo the incredible video for the track “Rubbernecker” again and listen again and then buy the album. Tune in and listen to “Viscerals” now. Out on Rocket Recordings.

I don’t think it’s me, I don’t think I am wrong but this year, 2020, is going to be an amazing year for music. I remember I said this last year too, in the same words probably, and it was an incredible year, so much good music but now we are only march and we have records from Casual Nun, Bruxa Maria, S.H.I.T., Wasted Shirt, Slift, Blom and so many more. And then we still have this one coming, one I really look forward too! the Newcastle band Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs. Their last year album “King of Cowards” was really good and now they return with an upcoming album “Viscerals” that will be released April third on Rocket Recordings. They have already released the riff fueled stoner/doom/Heavy Psych track “Reducer” and now we get the second track “RubberNecker”. Their are touring with BLÓM by the way wich is a show you really want to see. Tune in now and check out their new song.

The Newcastle based heavyness Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs are back with new music. After the gorgeous album “King of Coward” back in 2018 they return with a new one called “Visceral”. They shared their opening track and it is a cyclone of guitar violence, heavy in your face riffs with a psychedelic atmopshere. If the rest of the tracks are as good as “Reducer” then we are in for one hell of an album. “Visceral” will be released April 3.
